The columns indicate: 1 - sequence number of the nucleotide according to the MN985325 reference sequence, 2-5 identified polymorphisms among the analyzed sequences at this position, 6 - number of SARS-CoV-2 genome sequences in the GISAID database that do not differ at a given MN985325 position, 7 - number of sequences of SARS-CoV-2 GISAID genomes that differ in the given position, 8 - number of sequences of SARS-CoV-2 GISAID genomes that had no nucleotide established at the given position.
